We needed immediate service at the Ford location in West Valley right after purchase, and the issue remains unresolved even after seven weeks. Southtowne’s service team failed to communicate throughout the process. We received no updates and had to repeatedly call just to find out where our vehicle was. There was a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. Thankfully, we connected with Brandon at the West Valley store, who has been outstanding. He’s continued to support us long after the sale, and we’re still working with him to get things resolved. It would have made a world of difference if someone from Southtowne had simply reached out. More

I've bought 3 cars at 3 different Ken Garff dealerships and I would say they are always consistent with just one dealer fee of around $450 which is great you just show the car price that has most fee's alr and I would say they are always consistent with just one dealer fee of around $450 which is great you just show the car price that has most fee's already baked into it. No reason to show a price and than sit down with finance and be bombarded with 5 different add on fee's. Good job More

Terrible service department! Had one oil change on the Advantage Care prepaid deal ....made appointment and confirmed it that I had one left. Drive all the way to Draper after 2 weeks waiting, and was told it expired. Charged me $20 for tire rotation when I get free from my tire dealer. Left my car unlocked and didn't even back it in parking spot. Seat left at wrong settings. I'll NEVER go back there again. Absolutely terrible service! More
