We are so excited to announce the return of Jason Turrell as our Service Department Manager! Jason essentially grew up here while this was the former Diehl Ford. His Father Ed Turrell was the long time Service Department Manager, and Jason followed in his footsteps. After taking a break from the retail side of Automotive for the last 4 years Jason has come back to lead our amazing team, and is ready to grow the department to it's fullest potential. We are excited and proud to have him as part of the Bellingham Ford Family!

dropped my truck off for warranty repairs that I thought would take weeks. I got a call two days later saying the truck was fixed and they were just test driving it again to make sure everything was good. T would take weeks. I got a call two days later saying the truck was fixed and they were just test driving it again to make sure everything was good. Then they even dropped the truck off at my house 25 minutes away. Great experience! More

Customer service is horrible. They treated us like we were stupid. It took 1 1/2 for a 10 minute job. He told us to be there at 8. We left at 9:45. I finally went up to the desk and my keys were just sitting there. I told them I was waiting and they didn’t inform me it was done.the lady at the checkout desk doesn’t look like she wants to be there. We get “what do you need” as a greeting. I wouldn’t use this Ford dealer if there was another one close. More
