We brought our vehicle in earlier for a few days work and that all went except for a minor issue. I mentioned that to Jason and he immediately scheduled us to have it dealt with. We brought the vehicle in this time and the issue was rectified with a very short time. Things happen and that is understandable...what I like about this dealership is that they prioritized the work and we are very (still) happy with them. More

I would love to say that this time, like all the previous, was great BUT 1 piece of work was not done as requested. I spotted the issue on the quote and brought this to Jason's attention. To his cre previous, was great BUT 1 piece of work was not done as requested. I spotted the issue on the quote and brought this to Jason's attention. To his credit he did check with the techician and said that the work would be done as requested, not as written up. Fine. After we paid for the work and brought the car home I checked on that piece of work and lo and behold, it was not done as requested. I contacted Jason and he immediately, to his credit, understood the mistake and scheduled for us to bring the car back to have the oversight fixed. A bit of a pain butI can trust Jason to always make it right. More
