This was the first time I used the service dept other than to have a recall repair done. Everything was great. If there is one thing that was aggravating it was the approx. 4 hour wait to change front br than to have a recall repair done. Everything was great. If there is one thing that was aggravating it was the approx. 4 hour wait to change front brakes & replace a belt. I don't know how long that normally takes, but it seemed excessively long to me. Everything else was great. Nice staff. Nice waiting area. Price was reasonable. I'll come back when it's time for next oil change. More

Bad experience, maintenance manager “didn’t have time” to do the full work my car needed.
