There was a big lack of communication. I also feel that if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should have been covered as well. I was also a little annoyed that I returned the loaner cars (that I finally received after bringing my car in a few times, and being without a car for two days) with more gas then I was given, but my car was returned to me on empty. Additionally, when we have our cars serviced at other shops we receive it back cleaned, especially with COVID. I will say that I was thankful that after given a smaller loaner (without a timeframe of when my car would be returned) I was given a loaner that was larger for preplaned vacation when I still didn’t have my car back. More

Got our vehicle in promptly and diagnosed. I would say that they are like any other dealership. I wish I had done more research on my existing trade as I got a very low offer that I accepted. So that is on me. The car I bought had some issues and wish I had done more research on my existing trade as I got a very low offer that I accepted. So that is on me. The car I bought had some issues and I think they do not inspect the vehicles they sell like they say they do. One example is I had to replace the cabin air filter that looked as old as the truck itself and had some other issues that they actually took care of for me free of charge. Still a couple things to address with the warranty I bought. With that being said the manager is very nice and has been on top of my issues and very helpful. So I think overall it was a good purchase and they will help if anything major was to come up. More
