I am quite pleased w The Service Dept. rep, Jason, was very professional, detailed, and straight forward and honest with his replies to my questions. I am quite pleased with the effort Jason and the dealership made to correct my warranty problems. However, I am highly dissatisfied with GMC's solution to my shifter assembly problem. Replacing a defective shifter assembly with the same part number potentially defective shifter assembly that has not been redesigned to correct the inherent defective design is corporate irresponsibility to the highest degree. It is also, potentially, a criminal act if a person is maimed or killed due to a ''replacement shifter assembly" failing to operate properly, thus allowing a vehicle to roll over someone because 'PARK' is not correctly engaged. In my 36 years in the manufacturing industry, I quickly learned that when you have a known recurrent component design problem, you go out and fix it without delay! This will typically keep you out of the courtroom being sued by irate customers. It also keeps your customers loyal to your brand. Sadly, corporate GMC has not done this with me. More

I had my vehicle serviced here as per usual and the staff was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and the service was done very quick.! Not to mention I was highly impressed with the level of safety thr was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and the service was done very quick.!
