Customer Service at its Finest! Brought our '07 Tahoe in to have a few issues checked out. During the inspection they found front axle seals leaking and checked the differential flui Brought our '07 Tahoe in to have a few issues checked out. During the inspection they found front axle seals leaking and checked the differential fluid. It was almost empty and had metal shavings in it. It wasn't safe to drive in this condition, so I authorized the work. What really bothers me is we've had 6 previous services done at Blade Chevrolet and not once did they notice the the axles leaking or check the differential fluid. The service reports from Blade (that i over payed for) say that all fluids were checked but this is obviously a lie. So now I'm wondering how much Blade really did other than overcharge me. I'm so thankful that I listened to a friend who referred me to Northwest Chevrolet. Jason Vandermolen was the service guy that i worked with and his customer service was unreal. He was one of the best service people I've ever dealt with. I recommend everyone to use Northwest Chevrolet for servicing and to ask for Jason Vandermolen. And anyone looking to purchase a new/used vehicle be sure to ask for Titus in Sales. More
