Slow, Sloppy, and practically a crime I purchased a wheel insurance package when I bought my car from the dealership. I then ended up breaking my wheel from a pothole. When I called in the I purchased a wheel insurance package when I bought my car from the dealership. I then ended up breaking my wheel from a pothole. When I called in the dealership they immediately doubted I purchase the insurance. When I finally showed up with the paperwork they said they would help. A week later I get a call that although I had purchased the insurance, they never paid the insurance company. It took them 2 weeks to fix their mistake and order the replacement wheel and tire. A week later, the parts arrived and then were damaged by the technicians when trying to put the tire on the wheel, so, I needed to wait another week. When I finally showed up to get the wheel installed, they said it would take 15 mins on the phone. When I arrived they said it would take 30 minutes. An hour later I finally was able to drive away. The only slight positive was that Jason gave me updates frequently although practically ever update was another mistake on their end. More
