My experience with Greene Ford and my sales person Lori Cook was awesome. On New Years day the car I had been driving was in an accident and totaled. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder in early October. While looking over the vehicle I noted a few items that needed attention to the salesperson. I was assured it would be taken care of. The battery While looking over the vehicle I noted a few items that needed attention to the salesperson. I was assured it would be taken care of. The battery was corroded and a cover for the driver's side seat back adjustment was missing. The vehicle was delivered to me several days later with a layer of red clay dust all over it, a corroded battery and the cover for the driver's seat adjustment still missing. I contacted my salesperson about the cover for the switch and was told it had to be ordered and that it would be mailed to me when it came in. It has been approximately a month and as of yet I have not received the cover for the driver's side seat back adjustment. Am I going to receive it as promised? I don't believe it takes a month to receive a part and mail it. Still waiting. I would recommend the dealership but, proceed cautiously. More
