Feel as though I was treated very well. New truck seemed just a bit overpriced but the trade value offered for my trade in made it equal out. Excellent experience buying our F350 King Ranch from Alex and Greene Ford remotely. We called the dealership on Wednesday and got Alex who within about thirty minutes had already sent us walk around videos. and Greene Ford remotely. We had some technical towing questions and again, Alex quickly got his GM to call us to resolve them. Alex fine tuned his offer and offered to organize a quick delivery on Saturday morning, which was painless. We never met Alex but we were very pleased he picked up the phone when we initially called. We aren’t sure that it would have worked out otherwise. Special thanks to Jason in finance for offering options to us but not being overly pushy. When we are looking for another Ford, we will call Alex even though he is five hours away. Highly recommend!! More
