Dawn was fantastic and friendly, was helping us buy not trying to be sold to and as an adult with many car purchases I appreciated that. Our finance manager repeatedly tried to adjust numbers for additiona trying to be sold to and as an adult with many car purchases I appreciated that. Our finance manager repeatedly tried to adjust numbers for additional coverages and I kept saying no. It was irritating, I've purchased many vehicles and don't need additional coverages.
