They add $2k into the final sales agreement for a maintenance when I clearly told them I was not interested. This came from their finance guywho was very aggressive. The kid doing the sales was following a company script , was good but followed the rules as told. Was the sale was done they dropped off following up on a missing headrest. Would not go back there again. Typical used car process working consumers for additional dollars. More
