Bad customer service Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, al Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, all that they were willing to do was $500 and at their price which was more than what local transmission shop was and not including torque converter. They even admitted that GM knows that there is a known problem with that transmission. More

Excellent buying experience Buying a new vehicle from Kevin Grover was great experience. Jimmy got us an excellent deal on a Buick Encore and 2 weeks later an excellent deal on a Buying a new vehicle from Kevin Grover was great experience. Jimmy got us an excellent deal on a Buick Encore and 2 weeks later an excellent deal on a GMC truck. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful but no pressure to buy. They turned a dreaded car buying into a very pleasant experience. The service after the sale is excellent. We will diffently go there for our next purchase. More

Small town dealership, big city service I haven't ever had a big city dealership ever beat their price. Jimmy Phillips is my kind of salesman. No pressure and he will go above and beyond to I haven't ever had a big city dealership ever beat their price. Jimmy Phillips is my kind of salesman. No pressure and he will go above and beyond to provide service after the sale as does the entire staff. As a business owner with multiple vehicles that is one of the most important factors in determining where I do business. You can walk in and talk to the owner, service manager, mechanic, salesman or anyone you need at anytime. It's a great dealership that has a great team in all the right positions. I've never had any warranty issue that wasn't resolved ASAP. I recommend them to all my friends and industry co-workers. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else!!! More
