I love working with Kevin Grover. I don't trust the service team. This is why when we were there on friday my car was parked outside and it WAS not locked. Also every time I have gotten an oil change t service team. This is why when we were there on friday my car was parked outside and it WAS not locked. Also every time I have gotten an oil change there been grease on stuff. Kevin did fix it and I appreciate it. That why I came and got my car today because I didn't want on your lot unlock over night. great dealer ,expensive service the dealer is great but I highly feel that if you pay $50,000.00 for a vehicle , then service shouldn't be $40 for each oil change.
