great dealer ,expensive service the dealer is great but I highly feel that if you pay $50,000.00 for a vehicle , then service shouldn't be $40 for each oil change. Bad customer service Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, al Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, all that they were willing to do was $500 and at their price which was more than what local transmission shop was and not including torque converter. They even admitted that GM knows that there is a known problem with that transmission. More
