We had a serious water leak and would have had to have a wrecker come and get us if the part had given way completely. We had our vehicle towed in because I thought the We had our vehicle towed in because I thought the serpitene belt broke . Agrer diagnosing it turned out to be a broken bolt for a pulley . Under further inspection they noticed the alternator was faulty as well . Before contacting me with the total bill they found that the vehicle still had the extended warranty coverage. . Thank you for the extra efforts by the service department for going one step further in taking care of your customers. More
