I think the only negative thing is that I wish they would have communicated a little more with me about what I was waiting on. There were a few times I would have liked to receive a more detailed update. But the trade-in process was easy. Jasper was very honest and easy to work with. The car I bought was everything it was promised to be on the website. I'd definitely suggest Castle Chevy. More
