Do not order a custom Telluride from them. I made that mistake and should have stuck with Kia of Frisco. After almost a year of waiting for my new vehicle, the new car sales manager Mario Meza I made that mistake and should have stuck with Kia of Frisco. After almost a year of waiting for my new vehicle, the new car sales manager Mario Meza threatened me by telling me he would not sell me my car unless I gave him a perfect survey, which was followed up with a paper indicating the answer I needed to give. Meanwhile he low-balled my trade-in and after wasting 6 hours of my day telling me could not pay more for my trade-in (a 22' Telluride Prestige with low mileage) listed my trade-in for $11k more than I was offered. His strategy was to threaten to not sell me the car if I didn't accept his offer and guarantee a perfect survey. Since they don't charge above MSRP like other dealers, they try to make up the difference by holding your car hostage to make more on your trade-in. Overall the experience was dishonest and disrespectful. I wouldn't let this place check the air on my tires. My experience with Kia of Frisco was infinitely better. More
