Best experience ever! I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years. Infinity, Lexus and Mazda. This is my first experience with Nissan and this dealership. I can say that my ex I have bought 3 cars in the past 3 years. Infinity, Lexus and Mazda. This is my first experience with Nissan and this dealership. I can say that my experience today has been the best one of them all by far. Usually, dealers and their salesman are pushy, unconsiderate, and some of them even liers. To start with, when I got to the dealer my salesman Javier was waiting for us with a big smile. I told him that I wanted to buy the car and be out of there in an hour. He was taking care of another person that was buying a car as well and he was able to manage to give us both the attentive and excellent service that you would expect when you are making this big investment. He was focused and very open to hear our needs and offer. For the first time, the manager did not have to come to us to pressure us to close the deal or to pressure us on getting an offer that it is not the best for us. Javier was able to talk to the management without involving us and came with a final offer without going back and forth. A+ for Javier!!!! Super professional, upbeat, efficient and caring. Then, we went to see JC Ramon, the finance person, and I was so impressed with his level of efficiency and professionalism. Another A+ service. We were out all approved and driving our car in less than 2 hours. This dealer deserve an AWARD!!! More
