I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past th over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past the 90 day expiration date and not valid. I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help, I asked to speak to a manager and would either get disconnected or routed to some random person who would then disconnect me. don't trust this dealership for post sales support. Always impeccable service I have been a customer for over five years, and the service team as a whole is an outstanding organization. Every member is courteous, knowledgeable, I have been a customer for over five years, and the service team as a whole is an outstanding organization. Every member is courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to perform. They take their time in their work to ensure integrity of my vehicle, and I am always confident driving my car out of the shop after they are complete. No worry of risk or malfunction. The service team is the reason I keep returning to Nissan of Bowie, because they actually care. I've never been upsold, asked for unnecessary service, or gotten faulty parts. Nissan of Bowie's Service Team is the definition of integrity and none of the other dealerships compare. Keep up the outstanding work! More

Wonderful! I always enjoy taking my Rogue in for service at Nissan of Bowie because I know I will be well taken care of and have a very short wait time!
