Not honest, been going to them for many years.

Ask for old parts be returned to. you to be sure what they said they did was not done.
Keep all paperwork as they decline it in their systems and you will not have the correct records. And they will say you need services you do not.
purchasing a car-be sure they do not add stuff to the contract when declining it several times. be sure what you agree to in one room stays the same when you go into the next. Or they will charge you 17k over price for the car.
finally only work with someone here that you trust. dealing with them has turned into an awful experience for me.

Not true, your staff never offered to go over the paperwork with me. Your staff told me an amount that you offered and that I would need to sign a waiver. Your staff said Nissan Maus would be willing to cover the Maus care package and that was it. I declined because I am asking for reimbursement of the Maus care along with the ABS modular and Control Arm I was billed for and 7 months later, after an almost 5k job, to need a new car 11 months later. I do not know about anyone else, but I would have purchased a new car that day instead of giving Nissan Maus that amount of money and then purchasing an overpriced new car 11 months later.
And someone keeps saying I came in for a battery. No, I came in for one thing only, and it was my ABS light. The only thing I told the service advisor this day was I am bringing in my vehicle due to my ABS. The service advisor wrote what they wanted to write on the report. Nissan Maus advisor said my car would not start unless I brought a new battery. And then my car did not start, Nissan Maus put me in a rental because there was a problem with the battery draining. Funny thing the battery was only 1.5 yrs old and of course purchased from Nissan Maus. I would not have brought a battery if the service advisor never said my car would not move without it. I do not know anything about cars, but I knew I had to go to work to pay the money on the credit card I swiped to fix a car, that was not working less than a year later. While being told if I paid the little over $5k it would.
If you would like to settle the Maus Care, I am willing to come in regarding this. If you want me to accept the offer and sign my rights away regarding the ABS modular and Control Arm, then again, I say no thank you. Because I do not have much and I chose to come to Nissan Maus and pay them whatever they charged, trusting I was paying for services rendered. Until I received proof, they were not completing the work they were billing for.
