Worst dealership in America. Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, statin Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, stating it had a rebuilt engine. They still tried selling me the defective vehicle. I refused so they found another one that had low mileage for the year. Went to look at it, the entertainment screen in the back of the passenger seat was smashed like someone’s head crashed into it. They still tried selling me that stating it’s only about $1k to replace it. I should have known from there what kind of people I was dealing with, but I needed a car. They convinced me to look at the Jeep Wagoneer. It was a newer car with low mileage, so I said why not. What did I do? They sold me a lemon with a faulty transmission that they claim can’t be fixed because there is no check engine light showing and they can’t see the problem on their system. I am now stuck with a car that drives like a trash. I went back to see if I can trade it for a new Tahoe that had just arrived on the lot. After they had me sitting in the dealership for hours (losing money and time), we finally came to a deal on the trade and the purchase. But it was getting late and I had to leave to pick someone up from the airport. So I said I would come in the following day to sign all the paperwork (giving them ample time to get the car and paperwork ready). After wasting gas to drive this clunker to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the new car, the finance manager messed up the deal stating the numbers are off. I know what they were doing. They were trying to squeeze more money out of me. I guess they felt I was an easy mark, but that was going down like that. Now I’m out insurance money, gas money, time that I can never get back and I never got the car. If you value your money, time and peace of mind, don’t do business with this dealership. They are all scammers! More

Worst service ever at a dealership. They didn't inform me the car I contacted them about had been sold. Then the salesperson proceeded to show me 2 cars (which took one hour, not sure w They didn't inform me the car I contacted them about had been sold. Then the salesperson proceeded to show me 2 cars (which took one hour, not sure why it would take so long cause I didn't test drive them. It just took him a long time to get access to the cars). He then gave us the wrong information, saying the car didn't have a feature I requested, which he was actually wrong about and my friend had to point it out. Finally, he informed me that the car had to be financed in order to get the listed price. I said I wanted to pay cash and he became very rude, explaining if we pay cash, the dealership doesn't benefit. We said then it wasn't going to work out and he replied angrily "thanks a lot for wasting two hours of my time!" This was the culmination of several inaccurate or rude statements he made. Nice salespeople, but mistakes create major problems for this buyer. Miami Lakes Kia sent in the wrong VIN number for my new Telluride. I have spent hours on the phone with Florida DMV, my insurance compa this buyer. Miami Lakes Kia sent in the wrong VIN number for my new Telluride. I have spent hours on the phone with Florida DMV, my insurance company, Miami Lakes Kia, and NSD Appearance Protection. The LoJack was eventually activated almost three weeks after purchase. I am still attempting to obtain the NSD coverage that I involuntarily purchased for $599.00 (plus sales tax). I have purchased many new vehicles from established dealers but have never seen this ineptitude or lack of an apologetic demeanor. I would advise to steer clear of this particular dealership. More
