With my go-to mechanic unable to resolve a six-week check engine light issue, I returned to Prestige. Over the next four weeks, they diagnosed a leaky valve condition necessitating a cylinder head (and relat engine light issue, I returned to Prestige. Over the next four weeks, they diagnosed a leaky valve condition necessitating a cylinder head (and related parts) replacement for my fifth Avalon. Negatives: four weeks w/o a car and no loaner offered. Positives: Uber rides from and to the dealership; several updates from service manager Javier (though he was critical of my showing up at the service center to retrieve something from my car); the good quality of the repair work and that that it was fully covered by the 100,000 mile warranty. The service has very nice waiting area with a great coffee machine. They also have video from mechanic showing possible issues with the car and all available options to accept or reject the proposed f coffee machine.
