We drove 2. 5 hours to get there for a trade that was supposed to be ready, it was not. We had an appointment with the salesperson that we had dealt with over the 5 hours to get there for a trade that was supposed to be ready, it was not. We had an appointment with the salesperson that we had dealt with over the phone, and he was with someone else when we got there. We were pushed off on someone else that had no idea what was going on. Then when we took the vehicle for a drive the tpms light came on. When we got back they gave us some xx excuse about why it came on. I’m not dumb, I knew why and it wasn’t a low tire. After a while they took it back to fix it. They didn’t tell us anything so we left to go eat and do a little shopping. Trying to decide if we were just going to go home and keep looking. After a couple phone calls we finally came back and actually got to talk to the salesperson we were supposed to talk to. I felt very disrespected. Someone else’s experience might be different but I was honestly very disappointed. More
