I couldn't ask for a better sales rep than Jay. This is the first time I had bought a new car in 15 years and he made it as easy as possible. I expressed to Tony when discussing the financing that I didn't want the extended warranties, but I probably had to tell him 3-4 times that I wasn't interested. I'm sure he is just doing what is required of him, but I've just always felt that if someone says no to something, that should be the end of it, and they shouldn't feel badgered. More

Honest no fluff car dealer. I was given the MSRP right away from the get go, no extra fees, no dealer installed accessories to drum up their sales. I interacted with Jay for about 3 days and had the pleasant surprise to find out the day I was ready to close that the price of the car was lowered by about 3K. Other dealers would probably kept the higher price since I was agreeable to it anyway, but not Ed Martin. I was very happy with the purchase. No pressure tactics to get or add to the price other than what you agreed to and planned to pay for. I will definitely recommend my friends and family looking for their next vehicle to go check out Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville, not just the largest Toyota dealer in Indiana but is one of the best if not the best I have been so far. More
