Play with the monthly payment first high then affordable even though the rate they are using is double what my credit union offers.lie right to your face. I was told they would take care of the state inspection and register the car. They charged me the $ 35.00 did not do the inspection so I had to do it myself now I’m out $ 70.00. I bought the car on Tuesday and made arrangements to take delivery on Saturday. When we picked up the car it hade over 115 miles put on it , and the front wheel trim was damaged. Tom told me he was not interested in repairing my car because it would cost $ 800.00 . YOU DAMAGED MY CAR. After a week of no response I opened a complaint with VW . I felt corporate should know how there product is being represented. More
