Not only that but Jay our salesperson was down to earth, low pressure and super accommodating. looking for a Honda, this is the place to go. Thorough,helpful, and accommodating I revived a 2017 Civic Hatchback Ex-L Navigation from this dealer as a graduation gift, as a result I was unable to test dive it before it was bought I revived a 2017 Civic Hatchback Ex-L Navigation from this dealer as a graduation gift, as a result I was unable to test dive it before it was bought. My sales consultant Jay Birnbuam was very understanding and allowed me to take a different care of the same model on a test drive while the car that was bought was being inspected. He went over all the paper work slowly and explained what each paper and signature ment. He showed me where the service area was, how to enter when I bring the car back to be serviced , where the waiting area was and introduced me to the service team. After that he went out to the car with me and went through all the features and gave me a few tips to avoid some common trouble shooting type issues. He took his time and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Jay! More

Ended up seeing a few diff Trim level Pilots and fell in love. The overall enoivrment was calm, no pressure and very "buyer centric". We had the pleasure of working with Jay Birnbaum who was AWESOME! Jay had all the answers but also gave us the needed space to make the decision on our time. Throughout the processes we never felt pressured in anyway. He helped with everything from the car to getting everything in order for the finance ppl, I would say Jay was the highlight of our Lia experience!!! If you are going into Lia make sure to talk to Jay :) All that said everyone we delt with there was great! More
