Westside Lexus was very persistent, efficient, inviting and straightforward. I was looking to get a Lexus Is500 and submitted a built via website earlier this year and out of the greater Houston area, Wes and straightforward. I was looking to get a Lexus Is500 and submitted a built via website earlier this year and out of the greater Houston area, Westside Lexus was not only the first to follow up but the only dealership to reach out via phone call. Throughout my six month wait being that they are doing away with this current model , my salesman Jay and his partner Dominic made sure the process ran as smooth as possible through transparent communication leading up to the actual deal and paperwork while closing on a deal. On the day of, I arrived around 9:50am and was handed keys just a little bit after lunch time. It was a pleasure working with both and if anybody is looking for a Lexus and or just a great sales experiences, I’d be more than happy to recommend Westside Lexus. More
