Rest service Jay was great. Worked hard to work with me on what I wanted to accomplish testing multiple vehicles and giving me the chance to think everything over Jay was great. Worked hard to work with me on what I wanted to accomplish testing multiple vehicles and giving me the chance to think everything over without holding offers over my head (like the dealership I worked with 2 hours before did). Excellent Experience I stopped in World Volkswagen interested in a Certified Pre-Owned Jetta. I had researched other dealerships and World Volkswagen was offering the bes I stopped in World Volkswagen interested in a Certified Pre-Owned Jetta. I had researched other dealerships and World Volkswagen was offering the best prices in the area. My salesman Jay Cytryn was amazing - honest, informative and responsive. I left with a Jetta that night and was extremely satisfied with the service. Of the three dealerships that I visited while shopping for a car, this is the only dealership that did not disappoint.
