We made an appointment to fix my tail light 3 days in advance, enough time for them to get the part. However day of appointment were told that they “needed to order the part, and that someone in parts should have called ahead of time to get payment for the part” no one called us ahead of time. So now we wait when this could have been prevented. Also each time we bring the forester in they always find something else that needs to be fixed. So much in fact that it seems like they are nickeling and dining us. Very dissatisfying.
