We came in to look for a truck for our son. He knew what he wanted, so we just needed to locate one for him. He's in the Army stationed at Fort Rucker, but didn't have the time away from the base. We were he wanted, so we just needed to locate one for him. He's in the Army stationed at Fort Rucker, but didn't have the time away from the base. We were only going to be in town a few days. We needed to get him in something fast so we could get back home. Dothan Toyota, was so helpful, they found him 2 trucks at other locations. Our son didn't like either color, so we called Paul and Jay asked them to keep looking. They found just what he wanted. Now here's the catch that set this dealer apart from others. The truck would not be able to be delivered for several days leaving our son without anything to drive. They went above and beyond to give him a loaner vehicle. He needed a truck and they made sure he got one ( he needed to buy and move furniture). As well as taking care of him. They also took care of our Camry. We had a small problem with the sun visor, they fixed it on the spot. We are so thankful and grateful to the entire staff for making our son's first vehicle purchase a great experience!!!
