Strong VW has refused to follow through with their "VIP" service that was purchased with my car in 2016. I wasted several hours today getting my car back and forth to them, only to hear from them several ho service that was purchased with my car in 2016. I wasted several hours today getting my car back and forth to them, only to hear from them several hours later that the program has changed since my car was purchased, and that mine isn't eligible. They were not helpful. I will never return to Strong VW for service or new car purchases. More
