I regret to inform you that my recent customer service experience was far from satisfactory. During my visit, I had the unfortunate encounter with the Assistant Service Manager, Mr. Wyatt Bryson. I must share that he displayed a level of rudeness and disrespect that left me deeply disappointed. What added to my disappointment was the feeling of discrimination I experienced based on my accent and ethnicity during the interaction. In addition to the issue with Mr. Bryson’s behavior, I have concerns regarding the inspection of my vehicle. I am uncertain if the required inspection was conducted properly, and this further contributes to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. More
