The car arrived much earlier and we couldn't completely fix our Toyota's hood, but Jay made sure that oy a nominal amount was charged. The entire process was smooth and so easy! I really appreciate him trying to interact with my in-laws who don't speak much English while we were signing the documents. Thank you so much Jay Jackson and Lester Glenn for making this the most memorable 2nd engagement anniversary for my husband and me!! More

Wow!!! Drove 2 hours from Philadelphia to close the deal with Jay. I bought the car over the phone!!! There was a big issue with my not being able to locate my trades title but no problem👌Proof of its appl with Jay. I bought the car over the phone!!! There was a big issue with my not being able to locate my trades title but no problem👌Proof of its application for duplicate sufficed. they matched my Pa figures, I got what I thought I would for trade, the entire deal took just a few minutes, and Jay's politeness and professionalism were a welcome feature to a single senior. Dan Downey did a wonderful tutorial in the car to explain its features. His enthusiasm for the vehicle was contagious. They say the proof is in the pudding and although they were very busy all the customers were smiling and seemed happy to be there. Me too!!! More
