Salespeople and sales manager were too high pressure and weren't on the same page. Salesman and saleswoman would promise something and sales manager would change the story. Key battery was low and a new bat weren't on the same page. Salesman and saleswoman would promise something and sales manager would change the story. Key battery was low and a new battery was promised if car was purchased but that did not happen. Came in with approval letter to purchase from my credit union but sales manager said could not use my credit union because he would not make money unless I financed through one of their options. Only reason I didn't walk away from the disaster was because my son needed a car for college. I will never purchase another car or recommend this dealership to anyone. The people that I worked with at this location were horrible with the exception of the finance manager who was very courteous and professional. Several of my coworkers were looking to purchase cars and went elsewhere after my experience. I started with Carmax and would have purchased there but unfortunately I couldn't wait on the car to be transferred from another state. More
