I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, but when I called needing service, it took nearly a month to get on their schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young man who was quickly sho when I called needing service, it took nearly a month to get on their schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young man who was quickly shooed away so that a person with an iPad could inform me not that I would be taken care of, but that I might have to pay for the faulty AC on my brand new vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it had not been cleaned at all - not necessary, but would have been a nice touch for the dealership where I bought the vehicle to leave it nicer than they found it. So far the repair seems adequate (my AC works) but the lack of polish with customer service and the really long lead time for service were both disappointing. More
