Found my new car online I had already test drove a veloster and knew that was the car I wanted. They emailed me back quickly and said they did have it. I told them I was an hour away and would be on my way to get it. Jay Johnson sent me a personalized video of the car and I texted him and told him I did want it and to get it ready. I texted him a few miles out and told him I was almost there and when I got there, it was cleaned up and full of gas and parked right out front waiting on me..SIMPLE...That is how I like to shop!
