Derek Parker is an outstanding professional who pays attention to details and thinks proactively about customer needs. He has a great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, and has follow up that is spot on. He is a true professional. I would happily buy another vehicle from Derek or recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. BTW, the Armada is awesome too. Luigi in finance and Jay, the sales manager were also very professional and helpful. That is all I have for now, but look out for my separate posting on the service team who took it to another level also. More
