I had vehicle serviced 4/1/26, when I got home the oil light came on indicating the oil reservoir was overfilled and needed to be reduced. I returned 4/2/26 to have the oil level reduced. Afterward I was light came on indicating the oil reservoir was overfilled and needed to be reduced. I returned 4/2/26 to have the oil level reduced. Afterward I was given an invoice by Mr. Jay that stated I received service on 4/2/26, got home and the low oil light came on, I returned 4/2/26, the car was serviced and the oil situation was fixed. A slight misrepresentation of the incident could be understood but this was a gross misrepresentation. More
