However, the associate at finance department seemed like he didn’t know a lot. I asked a couple questions regarding certain numbers when signing the contract, but he didn’t know the answer to most of our questions and continued to ask his other co-worker in the next room and Jay. I understand there was a problem with the software that day because of the new promotion for Memorial day weekend, but he should have still had the knowledge to answer basic questions I had. Otherwise, everyone else at the dealership was very helpful and I will be back next year to purchase my next car. More
