2nd time buying from Steve I went in for an oil change on my Equinox and because I knew my lease would be up in a few months decided to look around for my next vehicle. My husband hated the Equinox because he didn't fit so I knew we wouldn't buy it out at the end. Steve found enough rebates on an Impala that I could turn in my Equinox early without any repercussions. My husband fits in the Impala and is happy now. Steve was great from beginning to end and I would refer anyone to him. If you can get Jay as a finance guy you can consider yourself lucky. He knows his stuff and explains everything in detail. If he doesn't know the answer to a question he finds the answer. He talks to his customers at a level they understand. More
