It's a car dealership. Overall experience was positive. Our salesman was not the stereotypical used car salesman. He was friendly and helpful trying to find a vehicle that fit our narrow parameters;They have a large lot and several out lots that have to be driven to. Their internet inventory lags behind their actual inventory due to them selling so many vehicles everyday. The truck we finally choose needed some repair before delivery which they took care of happily but the quality of the work seemed rushed;the rust inhibitor and spray undercoat could have been more thurough, interior detailing missed some areas, Ionizing the interior to remove smoke smell only worked for a day. The money side of experience was great though; they had a great price on the vehicle, their financial person met us and worked on getting a great interest rate approval (Our credit union did match and we went with our agent though), and the final price was discounted too. We were firm in financial limits and they didn't pressure us beyond those limits which was nice. So overall, we knew what we were looking for and they either had it or they didn't. We were ready to walk if they didn't. We were firm in the amount of money we were willing to spend and they respected that. They were able to secure a great interest rate and we would have happily went with their finance department if our CU hadn't stepped up and matched rate. More

Best dealership experience I've ever had I had a down payment of zero after just buying a house and having a baby but I needed to trade my truck in and save some money. Jason was phenomenal i I had a down payment of zero after just buying a house and having a baby but I needed to trade my truck in and save some money. Jason was phenomenal in getting me into a beautiful vehicle and for much cheaper than my truck. I was told by other dealers I would need at least 2,000 down and Jason took care of me and my needs.
