Ulises was great in explaining the process and empathizing with us when we did not get our way. Always out to sell me more than what I want and the sad stories of why I should. Most how-to car buying sites and consumer reviews suggest going with the minimum for protection. If you want consumers to buy the extras, you will have to convince those sites to agree and say so. It took me a couple of months to research the car and I was educated and ready. We treated ourselves to the top trim level in the CRv line and look forward to many years of enjoyment with this vehicle. Thanks STH for making this possible. More
