Ulises was great in explaining the process and empathizing with us when we did not get our way. I thought we got a very good price for the new Honda, but what we got for our trade in was disappoi empathizing with us when we did not get our way. I thought we got a very good price for the new Honda, but what we got for our trade in was disappointing. As with all of my past car buying experiences, the finance department is the low point. Always out to sell me more than what I want and the sad stories of why I should. Most how-to car buying sites and consumer reviews suggest going with the minimum for protection. If you want consumers to buy the extras, you will have to convince those sites to agree and say so. It took me a couple of months to research the car and I was educated and ready. We treated ourselves to the top trim level in the CRv line and look forward to many years of enjoyment with this vehicle. Thanks STH for making this possible. More
