I went and met with Saiful and let him know what I had planned on getting and that I was just browsing. He understood my needs and suggested I get the mazda3 sport. I saw the vehicle, test drove it. And fell in love! I also worked with Jim, Jay and Julio. They made the process so easy and treated me like family and a valued customer. Even upon entering the dealership, it’s beautiful, STATE OF THE ART!!! You guys, don’t sleep on this dealership lol. I came in to browse and left with a vehicle with the help of the wonderful staff at Koeppel Mazda. I’m in love with my vehicle!!! Thank you guys !!! More

They are not pushy sales people, very informative and make you feel they are there for helping you to get a great understanding of the vehicle choice, mazda knowledge. The professionalism and "customer care" approach by the entire TEAM continued when I picked up the car. Starting with Jay who was very courteous and professional in walking me through all the features of the car along with being available for questions after I drove away; to Steve who took me through the lease documents, making me feel very comfortable about the purchase I was committing to. His interaction with them and with us made us feel at ease and comfortable with our first ever car purchase. Each person on his team goes above and beyond to make sure you get the car you want, at the budget you can afford and works with lenders to make sure you know your rights and what is coming in the total agreement. We had to go back twice to the dealership each after work at 7pm and Mr. Islam, Steve, Jay all stayed beyond their 9pm hrs to help us. We felt like we were at Tiffany's not at a car dealership! More
