My husband and stopped in and we were not planning on actually purchasing a vehicle that evening. Mike was very helpful in listening to what we were looking for and gave us some suggestions. I drove 1 new car and 1 used car. The used car was "the one" . It was tough not sticking to my guns of sleeping on it so there is no remorse the next day. But Day 1 of the new car and I am thrilled. Everyone worked as a team from showing vehicles to the final signature. They managed a good rate on a purchase I super happy with. I appreciated the attentivness of Mike to the straight forward professionalism of Shak and the expediency of Charles in financing. Thanks, I will not only be recommending you but go there again if the need arises. Overall I would recommend Elk Grove Dodge to a friend or colleague, as my experience was positive. Jay was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested, and Zabi went out of his way to mak colleague, as my experience was positive. I felt only slight pressure to 'buy now' while at the same time was shown how hard your team works to seal the deal. Not having the greatest credit score, I was pleased to find out that the sales staff assisting me was doing everything in their power to earn my business. The only thing I would have changed was to turn on the radio during my test drive... then I would have noticed earlier that the front two speakers were blown/damaged and need to be repaired... a comparatively small price to pay when stacked against other, less-reputable dealerships however. Good job, Elk Grove Dodge... you have made my car buying experience an overall success. More

These 3 guys have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Jay first fed me a line of crap, then spoke with travis who seemed to be pretty decent until he just nevr gave a straight answer and have ever seen. No phone calls back, no information, and straight BS coming from their mouth. I ended up geting a 2012 Jeep rom Jeep Chrysler across the street from Haggin Oaks Golf course for a way better deal, and Ed was amazing. No BS, and straight to the point. I will never ever go back to this dealership, and will advise anyone to go the other dealership. They know what customer appreciation is all about and will make sure to give you one hell of a deal!!!! More

I did and enormous amount of research and price shopping for the 2012 Dodge Ram 1500, Outdoorsman Edition. Searched the entire Western United States and could not find a better deal. Even Dave Smith in Idaho couldn't match the deal. Thank you so much for the great experience and hospitality. I will defiantly refer my friends and family to Elk Grove Dodge.
