Great salesperson, but disorganized process Jay was an excellent salesperson, no nonesense, explained features of the car clearly, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us in a direc Jay was an excellent salesperson, no nonesense, explained features of the car clearly, listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us in a direction we weren't interested. My complaint had to do with the delivery of the car and the paperwork process. We had been told we would get a call to pick the car up the next day, waited for the call only to be told no one could deliver the car to the dealership until the following day. Mistakes were made twice on the paperwork. We got a call a week after we had picked up the car asking us to come back to redo papers that the dealership had made mistakes on. Jay was wonderful to work with, but other aspects of the dealership seemed really disorganized. More
