Mixed Experience Although the salesperson was very professional and helpful, he did confuse us about the availability of a loaner car when the Ioniq is being serviced. Although the salesperson was very professional and helpful, he did confuse us about the availability of a loaner car when the Ioniq is being serviced. We did not understand that you have to pay for a package to have a loaner until we sat down with the business person to review the cost. We felt very pressured by the business person who did not seem to want to spend any time explaining to us how the final price was computed. I was owed a rebate because I had sold my VW Jetta back to Volkswagen as part of its diesel engine software fraud settlement, but I needed to bring in the coupon that I had received from Hyundai which I had left at home. When I brought the coupon the next day, I was told that I needed the documents from VW showing that I had sold my vehicle back to VW. Of course, I did not have that with me, so I had to go home to look for it and send it via email. I could have saved myself a trip from DC to Rockville had the business office explained exactly what they needed when I bought the car. Then I had trouble getting the business office to return my voided check in the amount of the rebate which I had been required to leave at the dealership until I delivered the documents from VW. More

Excellent Hyundai Dealership with Great Sales Service Jay Radhakrishnan was an excellent sales person to work with. He never pressured us and understood what we were looking for in a car. We bought the ne Jay Radhakrishnan was an excellent sales person to work with. He never pressured us and understood what we were looking for in a car. We bought the new Ioniq hybrid and love the car. Jay explained all the features of the car and was definitely an expert about it even though it had just started appearing in the market. We took two test drives with him. He went the extra mile by quickly finding the type of Ioniq that we were most interested in and getting it to his dealership very fast. Along the way, Jay checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any other questions. We would highly recommend that people work with Jay if they need a car. Bob Muroff was the person who did our payment paperwork. For the first time when buying a car we did not feel pressured to buy any additional options. Bob explained each option and why we might want to purchase it, but it was in no way pushy (as in past experiences at other dealerships). We appreciated that style very much. More
