Especially I would like to mention Jay Radhakrishnan, who did the test drive with me and expl The service I got from the team at Fitzgerald was great. Especially I would like to mention Jay Radhakrishnan, who did the test drive with me and explained every detail in a very professionally way. Jay even called me and sent emails several times after the purchase, to be sure I am satisfied with the car. All those I met - Mike, who was the first to show me the car, and Jay and Pete, were very friendly and treated me with patience and respect. Few days after the purchase I found out that the GPS and XM-Radio are not working as expected. Here too, Jay did his best to help me and then went with me to the workshop office, to ensure that I get the right service. It's not the first time I buy or lease a car, but it was definitely the best experience with this team. Thanks. More
