AND next programmed our phones to the new vehicle wireless features! we were amazed... next the car featues were shown, explained very clearly, every button, setting, programming. very knowledgeable, freindly! we have never been to a dealership that has this customer service, process! very impressed, with HERB CHAMBERS, MERCEDES-BENZ OF NATICK,, MA! we highly recommend the dealership! Came and purchased my first Mercedes with Jay Tang. Jay was very accommodating and positive with each interaction.
