I was in the neighborhood and drove through the lot and stopped to look at a car. Jvicario came out of the building and asked if I would like to take the car for a drive. When we went to Halleen we did not intend to buy that day, but we were so impressed with the financing, plenty of information, with our questions completely answered ,the vehicle (Kia Rondo) and Jay Vicario that we were ready to buy that day. My wife and I have been impressed with the friendly follow-up phone calls and e-mails from Jay and the dealership. Plus, since our purchase we have had to use the service department for waranty work and were extremely impressed with the friendliness, willingness to help, the loaner car, and the quality of the service.
