Dealership failed to run my card for the down payment. Then, salesman proceeded to call my phone multiple times, then my spouses phone multiple times. My worst nightmare was seeing a light on the dash of my new Tahoe….. Racquel at Dave white service center quickly calmed my nerves when she made arrangements right away for my vehicle to get looked at by o new Tahoe….. I was called that day and informed that it was an easy fix that was covered under warranty, the part was readily available and I was able to receive my repaired Tahoe within a few days.
